The Challenge
We live in a diverse society and the proportion of community members belonging to cultural communities is important.
That is why we need to work harder together to make sure that everyone finds his place.
For several years I have worked to facilitate the participation of our community members at a local, national and international level by ensuring equal opportunity and respecting differences. Improving respect for rights and their exercise will help us building an inclusive society.
The Strategy
The anti-discrimination program I lead includes community members who wish to express themselves on this issue.
Our meetings, trainings and artistic workshops invovlves the civil society and stimulate thinking on the effects of discrimination.
We also meet and discuss with different stakeholders dedicated to the fight against discrimination such as community groups, institutions and organisations from all sectors of society.
